Hello! My Dear Friends,

Though today is my farewell it does not mean goodbye! I plan to send emails to you and publish them to my website, cachenoble.com. If you are subscribed to my email list you will get these emails on a regular basis, I will aim for weekly on my prep day! Following this email I will publish my farewell talk as a post for those who want to read it.
A bit about how this week has gone; I was set apart as a missionary last Sunday by President Mortensen. It was truly a special and sacred experience for me and my family, and I am grateful for President Mortensen friendship and mentorship over the past few years. This week I learned all online during Home MTC. It was a truly great experience and I had a lot of fun. I have met the missionaries who I will be with the majority of time in the in person training at the Provo MTC, we are district 18-A. I love my district and am grateful for my teachers. My current companion is Elder Evans from Laie, Hawaii and he will be going to the Iowa City mission after our training. He is really great and it has been good getting to know him. I also have been working very closely with Elder Stonehocker from Billings, Montana. Elder Stonehocker will be coming with me to the Texas San Antonio mission on October 7, and we are becoming quick friends and are looking forward to hopefully being companions in the field someday.
I just want to share a few things with you real quick as well. First is my mission purpose from Preach my Gospel. We have been discussing this a lot throughout the week and I love it. It is, “Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through Faith in Jesus Christ and His atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.”
I want to close with a verse, John 15:15, “Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.”
With Love,
Elder Noble
