Howdy yall what a crazy week!! A lot of changes here in New Braunfels for me but overall a pretty successful week that was joyful in the end.
Monday and Tuesday were my last days with my beloved son, Elder Thunell, who has moved on to San Antonio 3rd ward. We really enjoyed our time together and I am happy I got to be his trainer. He is so prepared for incredible things ❤️ He got himself a white Buc-ee's jersey so we can match in future zones 🤞 Gonna miss bro 🙁
Wednesday was transfers and this transfer I am training again!! My new companion, my second son, is Elder Andrew Johnson from Bountiful, UT. He is another stud so both of my trainees are wonderful!! He is super cool and we are getting along well. 😁 We also live with 2 new Zone Leaders who are Elders Sorenson and Jacobson and they are both a lot of fun too!! So our apartment is fire 🔥 and we stay up super late talking and playing card games. I noticed all of their names end with “son” so it's Elder Noble and the 3 Sons. Lol.
Something pretty cool that happened this week in regards to the work is 2 weeks ago Elder Thunell and I started praying at 9am to find more people and get more referals. Elder Johnson and I are going to be continuing this and this week we popped off!!! Felt great and the Lord really did deliver some awesome people into our hands. The power of prayer is so real 🙏
Also we had a lesson with our friend Jean on the word of wisdom and he is so excited to follow it and be baptized on October 10!! Please pray for him that he can make his date 🙌
Anyways this transfer is going to be nuts as it's only 5 weeks and so everything is tightly packed. We are going to the temple this next week which is pretty exciting. But I don't know how many emails I will be able to get out this transfer because I want to make the most of my time here!! But I love you all, I appreciate your prayers and hope you each have a great week 😄
